A Modification of a Comprehensive Permit (entitled “Pineridge Condominiums - located off Hart Street, pursuant to General Laws, Chapter 40B, Section 20-23 ) consisting of 72 condominium units for individuals over the age of 55 of which 25% of the units will be designated affordable.
