Roll Call: Spencer, Lopes, Campbell, and Dermody present Meeting opens at 5:31 Spencer present at 5:33 PM .
Arthur made motion to accept May 5, 2011 minutes, seconded by Alan. All in favor.
Form A Procedure – Discussion by Chairman
Chairman Dermody wanted to discuss how the Form A plans are done in the office. The secretary explained once it’s filed it’s sent out for review by the City Planner and the City Engineer and ready for endorsement if approved by both parties. The Board voted several years back to give the authority to the City Planner and Engineer to review on behalf of the Board due to the time constraints. A Form A has to be reviewed within 20 days or it’s granted by default. Chairman Dermody just wanted the Board to be aware of what he is signing. Bob stated he likes the fact that the approved form A plans is on the agenda. After some discussion it was agreed at the discretion of the Chairman he will inform the Board prior to his endorsing any form a plans.
