PRESENT: Mayor Fixell, Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Village Administrator Blau; Village Treasurer Hart
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Butler that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 7 - 0
RESOLUTION – AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute a retainer agreement with Silverberg Zalantis LLP for legal services as Village Attorney on an interim basis; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute a retainer agreement with Ira Levy, Attorney-at-Law for legal services for the Village relating to tax certiorari matters.
The Board of Trustees continued with their Work Session agenda.
