Work Session No. 22

6:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Fixell, Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Planning Board Chairperson Friedlander, Members Aukland, Birgy, Raiselis and Tedesco; Village Administrator Blau; Village Attorney Shumejda.
The two Boards scheduled a Work Session to discuss the proposal from the developer of Hudson Harbor to construct the new River House on the northwest corner of the property. The developer/applicant will require amendments to the Findings Statements regarding height and other development requirements.
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGee to go into Executive Session to obtain advice of counsel. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 7 - 0
Planning Board Member Aukland moved, seconded by Member Tedesco to go into Executive Session to obtain advice of counsel. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 5 - 0
No action was taken in Executive Session.
Trustee McGovern left the Work Session at 7:30 p.m.
Trustee Hoyt moved, seconded by Trustee McGee and unanimously carried that the Board go out of Executive Session and the meeting be adjourned.
Planning Board Member Aukland moved, seconded by Member Raiselis and unanimously carried that the Planning Board go out of Executive Session and the meeting be adjourned.
Work Session was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
