PRESENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Village Administrator Blau
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee Basher and unanimously carried to open the Special Meeting.
Confirmation of Fire Department Election
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee Basher that the following resolution be approved.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown does hereby confirm the Tarrytown Volunteer Fire Department election of Terrence Murphy for the position of First Assistant Fire Chief.
Motion approved 4-3. Mayor Fixell, Trustees, Hoyt, McGee and McGovern voting “aye”. Trustees Basher, Butler and Zollo voting nay.
Adjournment
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGee and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
