Special Meeting No. 2

PRESENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Basher, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Village Administrator Blau
ABSENT: Trustees Butler and Hoyt
Confirmation of Fire Department Election
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee Zollo and unanimously carried to open the Special Meeting.
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee Zollo that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 5 - 0
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown does hereby confirm the results of the Tarrytown Volunteer Fire Department election for the positions of Fire Chief, First Assistant Fire Chief and Second Assistant Fire Chief as follows:
- Domenic Morabito, Fire Chief
- William Logan, Jr., First Assistant Fire Chief
- Terrence Murphy, Second Assistant Fire Chief
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGee and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned at 8:45 a.m.
