PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Basher, Trustees Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Administrator Blau; Treasurer Hart
ABSENT: Mayor Fixell
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee McGee and unanimously carried to open the Special Meeting.
APPOINTMENT OF POLICE OFFICER
Trustee Zollo moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern and unanimously carried to approve the following resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown does hereby appoint Manace B. Infante to the position of Police Officer Step 6 Recruit/Police Academy in the Village of Tarrytown Police Department at an annual salary of $37,425.00 effective at 12:01 a.m. on January 7, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment is made from Certified Eligible List No. 000018791and is subject to a probationary period of eighteen (18) months.
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Butler moved, seconded by Trustee Zollo and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned and the Board move into the regularly scheduled Work Session. The Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
