PRESENT: Mayor Fixell, Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Administrator Blau, Police Chief Brown
EMPLOYMENT OF POLICE OFFICER
The Board discussed the two candidates that had been interviewed just prior to the Board of Trustees meeting of December 17, 2012 for the one position of police officer in the Tarrytown Police Department.
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Hoyt to offer police officer candidate Manace Infante a conditional offer of employment. The offer of employment is conditional on Mr. Infante passing the necessary physical. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 7-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Butler moved, seconded to Trustee McGovern and unanimously carried to adjourn. Executive Session adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
