PRESENT: Mayor Fixell, Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Administrator Blau, Treasurer Hart, Attorney Shumejda
HUDSON HARBOR – The Board discussed ongoing negotiations with Hudson Harbor to amend an existing agreement with Hudson Harbor. No action was taken by the Board of Trustees.
COMPATIBLE USE PERMIT; ABIGAIL KIRSCH, TAPPAN HILL – The Board discussed a memorandum issued by the Village Attorney regarding a request for reconsideration of the Special Use Permit for Tappan Hill. The Board directed the Village Administrator to send a letter to the attorneys for the Allison and Stephen Forstmann and Abigail Kirsch, Tappan Hill explaining that they will not be acting on the matter.
Executive Session adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
