PRESENT: Mayor Fixell, Trustees Basher, Hoyt, McGovern and Zollo; Administrator Blau; Police Chief Brown; Attorney Shumejda
ABSENT: Trustee Butler
RECUSED: Trustee McGee
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern and unanimously carried to open the Special Meeting.
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Hoyt and unanimously carried to move into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter and to obtain advice of counsel.
The Board moved into Executive Session.
No action was taken in Executive Session.
Trustee Hoyt moved, seconded by Trustee Zollo and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned. Meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
