Special Meeting No. 28
February 21, 2012
7:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Fixell, Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Administrator Blau
The Special Meeting was conducted on the south side of the Village Hall building, immediately adjacent to the entrance to the Police Station used by Police Department staff. The Board discussed the pedestrian traffic that walks through the various parking lots by the Village Hall/Police Station, both southeast of the Village Hall and the Village Hall parking lot. The Board directed Administrator Blau to develop a plan, based upon the discussions, for approval by the Board.
Adjournment
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned. Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
