PRESENT:  Mayor Fixell, Trustees Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Chairperson Friedlander, Members Birgy and Raiselis; Administrator Blau; Village Engineer McGarvey; Village Attorney Shumejda and Village Clerk Booth

ABSENT:  Trustees Basher; Planning Board Members Aukland and Tedesco

The Applicant, Mr. Joseph Cotter, requested that the Findings Statement for Hudson Harbor, previously known as Ferry Landings, be amended again to allow for an increase in the height of Building 1A from 52’ plus 2’ with conditions to 57.5 feet (57 feet, 6 inches).  Applicant made a presentation to the Boards regarding the architecture of the building at a height of 57.5 feet and provided pictures of the vents on the roof of the building, noting that the additional height will allow for screening of the vents and future mechanicals.

Trustee Zollo moved, seconded by Trustee Butler and unanimously carried to amend the Hudson Harbor (Ferry Landings) Findings Statement to allow for an increase in the height of Building 1A from 52’ plus 2’ with conditions to 57.5 feet (57 feet, 6 inches).

Planning Board member Birgy moved, seconded by Planning Board member Raiselis, and unanimously carried to amend the Hudson Harbor (Ferry Landings) Findings Statement to allow for an increase in the height of Building 1A from 52’ plus 2’ with conditions to 57.5 feet (57 feet, 6 inches).

A copy of the amended findings Statement shall be attached to these minutes.

Amended Building Height Residence 1A  - Maximum height – 57.5 feet (57 feet, 6 inches) There shall be nothing constructed that may extend beyond the height hereby permitted, including but not limited to any mechanical equipment.

Adjournment

Trustee Hoyt moved, seconded by Trustee Zollo and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned.  Planning Board member Raiselis, seconded by Member Birgy and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
