PRESENT: Mayor Fixell, Trustees, Hoyt, McGee and McGovern; Administrator Blau
ABSENT: Trustees Basher, Butler and Zollo
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee McGee and unanimously carried to open the Special Meeting.
SALE OF 75 NEPERAN ROAD
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee McGee that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried. All Ayes.
WHEREAS, in 2004, the Board of Trustees made the decision to sell a parcel of property at 75 Neperan Road for the development of a single family home; and
WHEREAS, in 2004 the Village had the property appraised in order to establish a price for the sale of the property; and
WHEREAS, a previous sale of the property was not consummated; and
WHEREAS, in 2008 the Board once again decided to actively pursue the sale of the property; and
WHEREAS, the Village is in receipt of offers for the purchase of the property at 75 Neperan Road; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees does hereby declare as surplus land the .366 acres (15,959) square feet of land located at 75 Neperan Road.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees does hereby accept the offer from Eugene and Sosse Arduino for the purchase of the Village owned land located at 75 Neperan Road in the amount of $355,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents associated with the sale of the property.

Trustee Hoyt moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned. Meeting was adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
