Special Meeting No. 2

PRESENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Basher, Hoyt, McGovern and McGee; Village Administrator Blau
Confirmation of Fire Department Election
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Hoyt to open the Special Meeting.
Trustee Hoyt moved, seconded by Trustee Basher that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 5-0; Trustee McGee abstained in regards to the confirmation of First Assistant Fire Chief McGee.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown does hereby confirm the results of the Tarrytown Volunteer Fire Department election for the positions of Fire Chief, First Assistant Fire Chief and Second Assistant Fire Chief as follows:
Fire Chief Peter Saracelli
First Assistant Fire Chief John McGee
Second Assistant Fire Chief Eugene Gasparre
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGee and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned at 12:55 p.m.
