PRESENT: Trustees Basher, Hoyt, McGovern and Zollo and Village Administrator Blau.
ABSENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Butler and McGee.
Resolution to Schedule a Public Hearing on the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2010-2011
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 4-0.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby schedule a public hearing for April 5, 2010 at 8:30 p.m. or immediately after the annual Organizational Meeting, whichever occurs later, to hear and discuss the tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2010-2011.
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee Hoyt and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned. Special Meeting was adjourned at 8:05 a.m.
