PRESENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Basher, Hoyt, McGee and Zollo. Village Administrator Blau.
ABSENT: Trustees Butler and McGovern.
Resolution to Schedule a Public Hearing
Trustee McGee moved, seconded by Trustee Basher that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 5-0.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby schedule a public hearing for March 1, 2010 Board of Trustees meeting to hear and discuss an amendment to the Code of the Village of Tarrytown, Chapter 305, Zoning, Section 42, Waterfront General Business District, Subsection B. Development Incentives, (1)(g) Building Height.
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Hoyt and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned. Special Meeting was adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
