Special Meeting No. 18

PRESENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee and McGovern; Village Administrator Blau.
ABSENT: Trustee Zollo
Authorize Mayor to Execute Agreement
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 6-0
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor to execute an agreement among the Village of Tarrytown, the Town of Greenburgh, The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company LLC (“Stop & Shop”) and the Tarrytown Shopping Center Limited Liability Company.
Trustee McGovern moved, seconded by Trustee McGee and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
