PRESENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Village Administrator Blau; Village Treasurer Hart; Village Attorney Shumejda
SEQR - Loh Park Flood Mitigation Project
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Butler that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 7-0
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown hereby declares its intent to declare itself Lead Agency on the proposed Loh Park Flood Mitigation Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby directed to send out notice to all parties required by SEQRA of the intent of the Board of Trustees regarding Lead Agency status.
Approval of Audited Vouchers No. 003291 through No. 003451
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown hereby approves the Audited Vouchers No. 003291 through No. 003451 is hereby ordered paid in the following amounts as presented by the Village Treasurer:
General $ 392,362.65
Water 86,787.70
Capital 264,342.77
Library 16,529.66
Trust & Agency 11,335.52
Total $ 771,358.30
The Board was polled all voting “aye” with the exception of Trustee McGee who abstained from Voucher Numbers 003337, 003410, and 003439 and Trustee Hoyt who abstained from Voucher Number 003347, 003299 and 003445. Motion carried. 7-0
Trustee McGee moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
