PRESENT: Mayor Fixell presiding; Trustees Butler, McGee, McGovern and Zollo; Village Administrator Blau and Village Clerk Booth
ABSENT: Trustees Basher and Hoyt
FIRE DEPARTMENT MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
Trustee Zollo moved, seconded by Trustee McGee that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 5-0
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown approves the following Fire Department personnel changes recommended at the December 16, 2008 Board of Fire Wardens meeting: Membership: Sean P. Scogna Jr. was approved to Active membership of Consolidated Engine Company.
Trustee Butler moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
