Special Meeting No. 21

PRESENT: Mayor Fixell; Trustees Basher, Hoyt, McGovern and Zollo; Village Administrator Blau
ABSENT: Trustees McGee and Butler
Administrator Blau explained that the Village of Briarcliff Manor has developed an addendum to the agreement between Briarcliff Manor and the Village of Tarrytown to share in Catskill Aqueduct tap, the 30 inch transmission main from the tap and the easement for property on Neperan Road for the construction of a pump station. The agreement accurately reflects the negotiations between the two Villages for an expedited review before the Tarrytown Planning Board and Architectural Review Board. The Administrator noted that both he and the Village Attorney have reviewed the addendum and have no issues with the document.
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee McGovern that the following resolution be approved. Motion carried, all voting “aye”. Approved: 5-0
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the “First Addendum to the First Agreement between the Villages of Briarcliff Manor and Tarrytown Concerning Water Supply”.
Trustee Hoyt moved, seconded by Trustee Zollo and unanimously carried that the Special Meeting be adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
