Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown will hold a Special Meeting on August 4, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Village Hall, One Depot Plaza Tarrytown, New York, 10591, to discuss the refunding and refinancing of two series of serial bonds previously issued by the Village.
