3. Public Hearing regarding sidewalk vending in specific areas in the Village of Tarrytown and regulating such sidewalk vending.
4. Changes and/or additions to the agenda.
5. Opportunity for the public to address the Board. Speakers have five (5) minutes before yielding to the next speaker; then three (3) minutes for additional comments.
6. Set Public Hearing to designate Butler Hall, Gerard Hall and a Science Building at Marymount/EF School as Village Historic Landmarks to be held on August 18, 2008.
7. Resolution authorizing an application for funding from the New York State Department of State for the Village’s Hudson River Waterfront Parks – Andre Brook Restoration
8. Resolution – Fire Department Personnel Changes
9. Resolution to designate certain Village vehicles as surplus
10. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held on June 16, 2008
11. Approval of the minutes of the special meeting of the Board of Trustees held on June 25, 2008
