2. Presentation of a Certificate of Merit to Nnamdi Anufuro Boys and Girls Club of Northern Westchester Youth of the Year– Nnamdi Anufuro.
3. Presentation of a Certificate Of Merit to the 2008 Sleepy Hollow High School Valedictorian, Anthony James (A.J.) Hinds and Salutatorian, John Bonanno.
4. Public Hearing regarding prohibiting the use of tobacco products in the parks and recreation areas of the Village.
5. Public Hearing regarding members of the Sprinkler Appeals Board.
6. Resolution approving appointment of Tree Warden of the Village of Tarrytown.
7. Resolution approving appointment of Assistant Village Engineer – Donato Pennella.
8. Resolution authorizing an Inter-Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the Village of Tarrytown, the Village of Sleepy Hollow and the Union Free School District with respect to a shared summer day camp.
9. Resolution authorizing 2008 Summer Day Camp Salary Schedule.
10. Resolution approving salary schedule – Tarrytown Municipal Housing Authority.
11. Resolution approving appointment of a part-time laborer~– Brendan Chillemi.
12. Authorization to Execute Agreement for Cleaning Services for new Municipal Building.
