APPOINTMENTS

1.      At 7:00 p.m.:  Westchester County Planning Commissioner, Jerry Mulligan, with Planning Department staff, Norma Drummond and Deborah DeLong, regarding affordable housing on unused office park land proposal.

2.      At 7:30 p.m.:  Bob Firneis, Savin Engineers, construction manager’s report on construction of new Village Hall/Police Headquarters/Court.


ITEMS TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE MARCH 17, 2008 REGULAR MEETING (APPEAR IN BOLDFACE TYPE)

3.      Announcement of a public hearing to be held on April 7, 2008 to amend the firefighters’ property tax exemption to provide for the inclusion of the Tarrytown Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

4.      Consideration of the approval of the “three-party agreement” between the Village, Scenic Hudson and National Resources, Inc. with respect to the property that will become Scenic Hudson RiverWalk Park.

5.      Acknowledgement of the receipt of the Tarrytown Volunteer Ambulance Corps Service Award (pension) Program Annual Report regarding qualifying points achieved.

6.      Fire Department personnel changes.

7.      Amended bond resolutions presented by the Treasurer.

8.      Two tax certiorari cases, as presented by the Village Attorney.
