4. Executive session regarding a proposed property acquisition and two personnel matters.

5. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
6. Miscellaneous and Liaison Reports.
7. Public hearing on a proposed local law requiring that privately-owned fire hydrants be inspected annually with certification thereof to be provided to the Village Building Department.
8. Changes and/or additions to the agenda.
9. Opportunity for the public to address the Board. Speakers have five (5) minutes before yielding to the next speaker; then three (3) minutes for additional comments.
10. Declaration of an emergency situation in order to accomplish necessary water distribution system temporary repair work without certain restrictions.
11. Consideration of the approval of changes orders for the construction of the new Tarrytown Village Hall/Police Headquarters/Court project.
12. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held on February 19, 2008.
13. Approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees held on February 27, 2008.
14. Approval of audited vouchers No. 003175 through No. 003305.
