5. Continuation of a public hearing regarding the application of EF Education First, contractor vendee for the acquisition of the Marymount/Fordham campus, for a compatible use permit.
6. Announcement of a public hearing to be held on March 3, 2008 regarding a proposed local law with respect to the annual testing and certification of the functionality of private fire hydrants.
7. Changes and/or additions to the agenda.
