2. Miscellaneous and Liaison Reports.
3. Public hearing regarding the request of “EF Education First,” purchaser of the Fordham/Marymount campus, for a compatible use permit.
4. Changes and/or additions to the agenda.
5. Opportunity for the public to address the Board. Speakers have five (5) minutes before yielding to the next speaker; then three (3) minutes for additional comments.
6. At 8:15 p.m.: RGR Landscape Architecture presenting the refined schematic design of Scenic Hudson Riverwalk park.
7. Resolution regarding the reappointment of a Village employee to a new Civil Service title.
8. Resolution to change the date of the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees.
9. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held on January 22, 2008.
10. Approval of audited vouchers No. 002825 through No. 003009.
11. Adjournment.
