7:30 P.M.: PRE-REGULAR MEETING WORKSESSION

1.      Review of regular meeting agenda.

·       Discussion of agenda item #6 – Firefighters’ property tax assessment exemption.
·       Discussion of agenda item #11 – Support for Greenburg’s application for a NY State “Shared Municipal Services Incentive” grant for sharing technological data.
·       Discussion of agenda Item #12 – Westchester County request for Village sponsorship of a grant application regarding County Arts in the Parks guidelines.

2.      Miscellaneous reports and other business.


8:00 P.M.:  REGULAR MEETING

3.      Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

4.      Miscellaneous and Liaison Reports.

5.      Changes and/or additions to the agenda.

6.      Announcement of a public hearing to be held on December 17, 2007 regarding the firefighters’ property tax exemption.

7.      Opportunity for the public to address the Board.  Speakers have five (5) minutes before yielding to the next speaker; then three (3) minutes for additional comments.

8.      Resolution authorizing the Village Attorney to prepare a notice of public hearing for the acquisition, by eminent domain, of a portion of a parking lot owned by Solomon Lodge #196 (Masons’ Lodge), located at 17-19 South Washington Street, Tarrytown, NY.

9.      Authorization of an application for $2,500,000 in State funding for the Hudson River Waterfront Redevelopment Project.

10.     RESOLUTION – FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL CHANGES

11.     Consideration of a resolution in support of an application from the Town of Greenburgh to the New York Department of State under the “Shared Municipal Services Incentive” Grant Program, allowing technological data sharing between the Town of Greenburgh and its incorporated Villages.

12.     Consideration of a resolution in support of the Village’s sponsorship of an application on behalf of Westchester County for State Funding from the Environmental Protection Fund for the development of an “Arts in the Park – Public Park Initiative Guidelines” program in the amount of $100,000.

13.     Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held on November 19, 2007.

14.     Approval of the minutes of the special meeting of the Board of Trustees held on November 27, 2007.

15.     Approval of audited vouchers No. 002049 through No. 002181.

16.     Adjournment.
