APPOINTMENTS
1. At 6:30 p.m.: Susan Goodwin, Tarrytown Environmental Committee, and Joseph Nicoletti, Westchester County Public Works Commissioner, regarding energy saving vehicles.
2. At 7:00 p.m.: Edward Napoleon, Abbott and Price, construction manager’s report on the status of the construction of two new fire stations.
3. At 7:30 p.m.: Bob Firneis, Savin Engineering, construction manager’s report on the status of the construction of the new Village Hall/Police Headquarters/Court.
ITEMS TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE NOVEMBER 19, 2007 REGULAR MEETING (APPEAR IN BOLDFACE TYPE)
4. Consideration of the award of a contract for the design of Scenic Hudson Riverwalk Park.
5. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the joint submission of an application by the Village of Tarrytown, the Village of Sleepy Hollow, and the Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns to the NY Department of State for funding in the amount of $50,000, from the “Shared Municipal Services Initiative” program with which to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to assess the viability of replacing the existing Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow Parks and Recreation Departments with: a) a joint Recreation Department, and b) a joint Parks and Natural Resources Department. Each department’s activities to be integrated with the Union Free School District of the
Tarrytowns with respect to mutual utilization and care of each entity’s athletic fields and recreation facilities.
6. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the joint submission of an application by the Village of Tarrytown and the Village of Sleepy Hollow for funding in the amount of $35,000 to the NY State Department of State, “Shared Municipal Services Initiative” program for a grant with which to study the feasibility of consolidating the Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow Water Departments.
7. Consideration of authorizations to submit three applications for funding to the NY State Department of State, Environmental Protection Fund Program in the amount of $1,500,000 for funding the development and funding of Scenic Hudson Riverwalk Park.

8. Consideration of appropriating $2,200 for a joint study to commissioned by the Village of Tarrytown, the Village of Sleepy Hollow, and the Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns with respect to sharing athletic fields.
9. Consideration of an appropriation of $500 in matching funds for a grant of $1,000 for the Little Gardens Club of Tarrytown for plantings on and beautification of Village properties.
10. Suggestion to prohibit solicitors from conducting solicitations after sunset.
11. Discussion regarding the Welcome to the Crest sign.
12. Michael J. McGarvey, P.E., Village Engineer, regarding retaining Charles A. Manganero for inspection services for the relining of Loh Park sewer main.
13. Proposal regarding white lights on Main Street trees.
