APPOINTMENTS

1.      At 6:30 p.m. (in executive session) – Police Chief Brown presenting a candidate for appointment as a Police Officer.

2.      At 7:00 p.m. (in executive session) - discussion regarding a proposed property acquisition.

3.      At 7:00 p.m. (in executive session) – joint Board of Trustees and Planning Board discussion regarding a proposed property acquisition.

4.      At 8:00 p.m. – Fred Mauhs, Chair of the Tarrytown Ethics Board, regarding revisions to the Ethics Code.



At 8:00 p.m. Special Meeting to consider a resolution authorizing an Inter-Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the Village and Westchester County regarding the County’s participation in, and funding of, the construction of Scenic Hudson RiverWalk Park.
