4. Executive Session regarding a personnel matter.

5. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
6. Proclamation commemorating National Fire Prevention Week.
7. Miscellaneous and Liaison Reports.
8. Announcement of a public hearing to be held on November 5, 2007 regarding a proposal to increase the qualifying income levels for Senior Citizens property tax exemptions, as authorized by New York State law.
9. Changes and/or additions to the agenda.
10. Opportunity for the public to address the Board. Speakers have five (5) minutes before yielding to the next speaker; then three (3) minutes for additional comments.
11. Partial designation of the use of fund balance as proposed by the Village Treasurer.
12. Budget modifications as proposed by the Village Treasurer.
13. Mayor’s re-appointment to the Tarrytown Housing Authority Board of Directors.
