1. At 7:30 p.m.: Bob Firneis of Savin Engineering – Construction Manager’s status report on the construction of the New Village Hall/Police Station/Court.
2. At 8:00 p.m.: Fred Mauhs, Chair of the Ethics Board regarding a proposed new Ethics Code.

3. Public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Village Zoning Code with respect to Floor Area Ratio (FAR).
4. Public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Village Zoning Code with respect to the coverage of impervious surfaces.
5. Consideration of a resolution authorizing an Inter-Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the Village and Westchester County regarding the County’s participation in, and funding of, the construction of Scenic Hudson Riverwalk Park.
6. Consideration of a resolution approving parking changes on Kaldenberg Place.
