Discussion and action upon, as an involved agency, the proposed Village of Tarrytown’s State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) findings on the Lighthouse Landings at Sleepy Hollow development in the Village of Sleepy Hollow, including discussions with special legal counsel, Steven Silverberg and planning consultant, Frank Fish.
4. Consideration of an Inter-Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the Village and Westchester County with respect to the County’s participation in and funding of Scenic Hudson RiverWalk Park.
