HUDSON HARBOR PHASE II – CLARIFICATION OF THE APRIL 26, 2010 MINUTES
Mr. McGarvey asked Mr. Cotter of National Resources, his understanding of the height requirements for the Phase II Carriage Houses. Mr. Cotter said they would be two story buildings with slight variations in height to make it attractive, as stated in the April 26, 2010 minutes.
In order to clarify the height requirements for the Carriage Houses Mr. Tedesco made a motion, seconded by Mr. Aukland, to approve an amendment to the Planning Board minutes of April 26, 2012 to clarify the height requirements for the permitted carriage houses as following:
The mean height of each roof is to be no greater than 30 feet with variations in heights of roof lines permitted.
All in favor; motion carried.
