PRESENT: Members Aukland, Birgy, Raiselis, Tedesco; Counsel Shumejda;
Building Inspector/Engineer McGarvey; Secretary D’Eufemia
ABSENT: Chairman Friedlander
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Tedesco moved, seconded by Mr. Aukland, and unanimously carried, that the Planning Board minutes of November 22, 2010, be approved as submitted subject to the following two items relative to Legends at Wilson Park final subdivision approval:
1. The Village receive proof of the transfer of ownership of the property to Toll Brothers on or about December 15, 2010
2. The proposed amendment to the contract to be authorized by the Village of Tarrytown at its December 20, 2010, meeting and that the Mayor of the Village of Tarrytown sign this contract.
