SWEET GRASS GRILL – 24 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for the installation of a perpendicular sign in the Main Street Historic District.
Discussion followed. The Board members requested that the applicant reduce the length of the sign by 10”, the size of the sign to 38” and advised the applicant that the sign cannot exceed 4’ from the building. The Board asked the applicant to return next month with a new rendering with the changes requested.
TOLL BROTHERS, INC. – 221 WILSON PARK DRIVE
The Board reviewed plans for the construction of a new single family residence.
Chairwoman Greenwood questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Toll Brothers, Inc. – 221 Wilson Park Drive - I have reviewed this application for the construction of a new single family residence and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the construction of a new single family residence at 221 Wilson Park Drive as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated December 20, 2013 and February 14, 2014.

No one appeared on behalf of the applicant.
SANTA FE RESTAURANT – 5 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans to install window signage in the Main Street Historic District.
Chairwoman Greenwood questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Ms. Greenwood and unanimously carried to issue “Certificate of Appropriateness” to install window signage in the Main Street Historic District at 5 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated January 24, 2014.
BELLA ROMA – 53 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for new window sign and perpendicular sign in the Main Street Historic District.
Chairwoman Greenwood questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Ms. Greenwood and unanimously carried to issue “Certificate of Appropriateness” to install a new window sign and perpendicular sign in the Main Street Historic District at 53 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated January 30, 2014.
K-BARRE – 15 NORTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans for new window sign in the Broadway Sign District.
Discussion followed. The Board members requested that the applicant return with a smaller window sign.
RIVERMARKET – 127 WEST MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for the installation of a pizza oven exhaust pipe.
Chairwoman Greenwood questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the installation of a pizza oven exhaust pipe at 127 West Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated January 30, 2014.
LACKOWITZ RESIDENCE – 26 PINTAIL ROAD
The Board reviewed plans for the construction of a new single family residence.
Chairwoman Greenwood questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the construction of a new single family residence at 26 Pintail Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated February 4, 2014.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s January 15, 2014 meeting be approved as submitted.
