PRESENT: Chairman Perry; Members, Mr. Carr, Mrs. Byrnes, Ms. Pinckney, Mr. Mignogna and Ms. Greenwood
HUDSON RIVER EYE CARE – 4 NORTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans for new signage in the Broadway Sign District.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve new signage in the Broadway Sign District at 4 North Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated August 23, 2013 and Sunbrella color sample number 4692 “Palm” submitted October 16, 2013.
ROSS RESIDENCE – 80 SOUTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans to paint the exterior of the residence.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Ross – 80 South Broadway - I have reviewed this application to paint the exterior of the residence and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to amend previous approval to paint the exterior of the residence to Benjamin Moore #382 “Artichoke Hearts” at 80 South Broadway as shown on the color sample received by the Building Department dated October 16, 2013.
LEVIN/CUNNINGHAM RESIDENCE – 121 NEPERAN ROAD
Application adjourned.
O’CONNELL RESIDENCE – 29 DIXON STREET
The Board reviewed plans for the installation of solar panels on the roof.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“O’Connell – 29 Dixon Street - I have reviewed this application for installation of solar panels on the roof and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the installation of solar panels on the roof at 29 Dixon Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated September 25, 2013.
DRATTELL RESIDENCE – 115 DEERTRACK LANE
The Board reviewed plans for the installation of solar panels on the roof.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Drattell – 115 Deertrack Lane - I have reviewed this application for installation of solar panels on the roof and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve the installation of solar panels on the roof at 115 Deertrack Lane as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated September 25, 2013.
MRS. GREENS NATURAL MARKET – 45 NORTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans to install 2 new wall signs.
Discussion followed. The Board requested that the applicant return with renderings for a larger sign.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Greenwood and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s June 19, 2013 meeting be approved as submitted. Mr. Mignogna, Mrs. Byrnes and Mr. Perry abstained. Motion carried.
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s July 24, 2013 meeting be approved as submitted. Mr. Perry, Ms. Pinckney and Ms. Greenwood abstained. Motion carried.
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s August 28, 2013 meeting be approved as submitted. Mr. Mignogna, Ms. Pinckney and Ms. Greenwood abstained. Motion carried.
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s September 18, 2013 meeting be approved as submitted. Mr. Mignogna and Ms. Greenwood abstained. Motion carried.
