PRESENT: Acting Chairman Carr; Members, Mr. Mignogna, Mrs. Byrnes and Ms. Pinckney
ABSENT: Mr. Perry and Ms. Greenwood
WILDEY GROUP LLC – WILDEY/CORTLANDT STREET
The Board reviewed plans for a new freestanding sign and directory sign.
Discussion followed. The Board requested that the applicant return next month with new signage design.
GOLDBERG HARDWARE – 63 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for a new perpendicular sign in the Main Street Historic District.
Discussion followed. The Board requested that the applicant return next month with new signage design.
JCC ON THE HUDSON – 425 SOUTH BROADWAY
Ms. Sandy, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for a new addition and renovation on an existing building.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“JCC on the Hudson – 425 South Broadway - I have reviewed this application for a new addition and renovation of an existing building and determined that the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve a new addition and renovation on an existing building at 425 South Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated March 21, 2013.
CANFIN 39 MAIN LLC – 39 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans to remove existing non-conforming garage and construction of a new garage attached to the existing building with one-story addition above.

Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Canfin 39 Main LLC – 39 Main Street - I have reviewed this application to remove existing non-conforming garage and construct a new garage attached to the building with a one-story addition above and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to issue a “Certificate of Appropriateness” to remove existing non-conforming garage and construction of a new garage attached to the existing building with a one-story addition above at 39 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated March 22, 2013.
COFFEE LABS ROASTERS – 7 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for a new perpendicular sign and a new window sign in the Main Street Historic District.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to issue a “Certificate of Appropriateness” for a new perpendicular sign and a new window sign in the Main Street Historic District at 7 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated April 1, 2013.
DECECCHIS PROPERTY – 181 SOUTH BROADWAY
Mr. Richard Blancato, attorney, reviewed with the Board plans for a new freestanding sign in the Broadway Sign District.
Discussion followed. The Board requested that the applicant return next month with new signage design.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
Brenda Fracaroli – 24 Independence Street – was concerned about the existing signage on the property. The Board advised Mrs. Fracaroli that the existing signage must be removed when the new signage is approved.
YEH/LEE RESIDENCE – 56 TARRYHILL ROAD
Mr. John Malone, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for exterior finishes.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

“Yeh/Lee – 56 Tarryhill Road - I have reviewed this application to amend ARB approval for exterior finishes and determined the amendments appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to amend previous approval for exterior finishes at 56 Tarryhill Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated April 8, 2013.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s January 23, 2013 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s March 20, 2013 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
