LEE/KARKOFF RESIDENCE - 133 EAST SUNNYSIDE LANE
Mr. Earl Ferguson, architect, reviewed with the Board plans to paint exterior of house and replace door and windows on side sun porch.
Chairman~Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.~
No one appeared.
“Lee/Karkoff – 133~East Sunnyside Lane~- I have reviewed this application to~paint the exterior of the house and replace the door and windows on the side sun porch~and determined that the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr.~Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve the painting of the exterior of the house and replace the door and windows on the side sun porch~at 133 East Sunnyside~Lane~as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated~November 26, 2012 and January 23,~2013.
GOLDEN’S NAIL AND SPA - 59 NORTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans for a new awning sign.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approved a new awning sign at 59 North Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated December 6, 2012.
PEPELJUGOSKI RESIDENCE - 41 TARRYHILL ROAD
The Board reviewed plans to replace existing siding.

“Pepeljugoski –~41 Tarryhill Road~- I have reviewed this application to replace the house siding~and determined that the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr.~Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of existing house siding~at~41 Tarryhill Road~as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated January 4, 2013.
YEH/LEE RESIDENCE - 56 TARRYHILL ROAD
Mr. Earl Ferguson, architect reviewed with the Board~plans~for siding and roof replacement.
Chairman~Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.~

“Yeh/Lee - 56 Tarryhill Road - I have reviewed this application for siding and roof replacement and find the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mr.~Mignogna and unanimously carried to amend previous~approval for siding and roof replacement~at~56 Tarryhill Road~as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated January 9, 2013 and January 23, 2013.
TOLL BROTHERS, INC. - 225 WILSON PARK DRIVE
The Board reviewed plans~for construction of a new single family residence.
Chairman~Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.~
No one appeared.

Architectural Review Board -3- January 23, 2013
Mr.~Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve~construction of a new single family residence at 225 Wilson Park Drive~as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated January 9, 2013.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Perry moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s November 28, 2012 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
