FINDRA – 11 HANFORD PLACE
The Board reviewed plans to replace front steps.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Findra – 11 Hanford Place - I have reviewed this application to replace the front steps and find the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Ms. Greenwood and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of the front steps at 11 Hanford Place as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated September 17, 2012.
STREIT RESIDENCE – 65 CASTLE HEIGHTS AVENUE
Christina Griffin, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for addition and renovation to a single family residence.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve an addition and renovation to a single family residence at 65 Castle Heights Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated October 26, 2012.
CITIBANK – 2 SOUTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans for second floor window replacement and lead remediation.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Citibank – 2 South Broadway - I have reviewed this application for second floor window replacement and lead remediation and find the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the second floor window replacement and lead remediation at 2 South Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated October 24, 2012.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s June 20, 2012 meeting be approved as submitted. Mr. Carr and Ms. Pinckney abstained. Motion carried.
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s October 24, 2012 meeting be approved as submitted. Mr. Perry and Ms. Greenwood abstained. Motion carried.
