HOLSTON JEWELERS – 28 MAIN STREET
No one appeared on behalf of the applicant.
BARTOLACCI RESIDENCE – 54 CREST DRIVE
The Board reviewed plans to replace siding on existing house.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Bartolacci – 54 Crest Drive - I have reviewed this application for replacement of siding on existing house and find the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve replacement of siding on existing house at 54 Crest drive as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated August 16, 2012.
GIULIANO RESIDENCE – 9 HANFORD PLACE
The Board reviewed plans to repair and renovate front steps, add bluestone to porch, side steps and walkway from steps to sidewalk and addition of railings.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve the repair and renovation of the front steps, adding bluestone to porch, side steps and walkway from steps to sidewalk and addition of railings at 9

KARLSSON RESIDENCE – 169 NEPERAN ROAD
The Board reviewed plans for installation of a new white picket fence along the front of the property.
Discussion followed. The Board requested the homeowners contact information so a site visit could be scheduled.
YEH/LEE (CONTRACT VENDEE) – 56 TARRYHILL ROAD
Mr. Earl Ferguson, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for new windows, doors and roofing, with modifications to a portion of the existing roof form.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Yeh/Lee – 56 Tarryhill Road - I have reviewed this application for new windows, doors and roofing with modifications to a portion of the existing roof form and determined that the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Ms. Greenwood and unanimously carried to new windows, doors and roofing with modifications to a portion of the existing roof form at 56 Tarryhill Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated August 23, 2012 and September 19, 2012.
TOLL BROTHERS, INC. – 5 WARNER LANE
The Board reviewed plans for a new single family residence.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Toll Brothers, Inc. – 5 Warner Lane - I have reviewed this application for a new single family residence and determined that the proposal appears to pose no significant environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve a new single family residence at 5 Warner Lane as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated August 30, 2012.
