Application held over pending Zoning Board Approval.
51 NORTH BROADWAY – CVS PHARMACY
The Board reviewed plans for color change to front façade.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“CVS Pharmacy – 51 North Broadway - I have reviewed this application for color change to the front facade and determined that the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve color change to front façade at 51 North Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 7, 2011. Color selected is Benjamin Moore, Adobe Beige #AC7.
75 NEPERAN ROAD – ARDUINO RESIDENCE (CONTRACT VENDEE)
Mr. Sean McCarthy, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for the construction of a new single-family residence.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Arduino – 75 Neperan Road - I have reviewed this application for a new single-family residence and determined that the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the construction of a new single-family residence at 75 Neperan Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department December 27, 2011.

45 WHITETAIL ROAD – MCRAE RESIDENCE
Ms. Bana Choura, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for a second story addition for a bedroom and bath.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“McRae – 45 Whitetail Road - I have reviewed this application for a second story addition for a bedroom and bath and determined that the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve a second story addition for a bedroom and bath at 45 Whitetail Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department December 20, 2011.
62 MAIN STREET – FAMILY YMCA AT TARRYTOWN
Applicant requested an adjournment.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s December 21, 2011 meeting be approved as submitted. ~Ms. Greenwood and Ms. Pinckney abstained. Motion carried.
