PRESENT:        Chairman Perry; Members, Mr. Carr, Mr. Mignogna and Mrs. Byrnes

ABSENT: Ms. Greenwood and Ms. Pinckney

JERIS RESIDENCE – 17 BAYLIS COURT

Application held over pending Zoning Board Approval.

265 CREST DRIVE – FORTUNATO RESIDENCE

The Board reviewed plans to replace front windows.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

“Fortunato – 265 Crest Drive - I have reviewed this application to replace front windows and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impacts.”

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve replacement front windows at 265 Crest Drive as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 20, 2011 and November 15, 2011.

51 NORTH BROADWAY – CVS PHARMACY

The Board reviewed plans for color change to front façade.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

“CVS Pharmacy – 51 North Broadway - I have reviewed this application for color change to the front facade and determined that the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve color change to front façade at 51 North Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 7, 2011 subject to color samples being submitted.

26 DIXON STREET – CLOUTIER RESIDENCE

The Board reviewed plans for construction of an ADA accessible sidewalk.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

“Cloutier – 26 Dixon Street - I have reviewed this application for an ADA accessible sidewalk and determined that the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve the construction of an ADA accessible sidewalk at 26 Dixon Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 2, 2011 and
November 15, 2011.

34 SUNNYSIDE AVENUE – GILLEN RESIDENCE

The Board reviewed plans to install a 6 foot high stockade fence in the rear of the property.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

“Gillen – 34 Sunnyside Avenue - I have reviewed this application to install a 6 foot high stockade fence in the rear of the property and determined that the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”

Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve the installation of a generator at 34 Sunnyside Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 17, 2011.

49 MAIN STREET – LITTLE B’S

The Board reviewed plans to install a perpendicular sign in the Main Street Historic District.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the installation of a perpendicular sign at 49 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 21, 2011.

62 MAIN STREET – FAMILY YMCA AT TARRYTOWN

Applicant requested an adjournment.

64 SUNNYSIDE AVENUE – MACEYAK RESIDENCE

The Board reviewed plans for a dormer addition.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

“Maceyak – 64 Sunnyside Avenue - I have reviewed this application for a dormer addition and determined the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve a dormer addition at 64 Sunnyside Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 29, 2011.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s August 17, 2011 meeting be approved as submitted. ~Mr. Perry abstained.  Motion carried.

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s November 30, 2011 meeting be approved as submitted. ~Motion carried.
