PRESENT:        Chairman Perry; Members, Mr. Carr, Mrs. Byrnes, Mr. Mignogna, Ms. Greenwood and Ms. Pinckney

JERIS RESIDENCE – 17 BAYLIS COURT

Application held over pending Zoning Board Approval.

62 MAIN STREET – FAMILY YMCA AT TARRYTOWN

No one appeared on behalf of the applicant.

148 ROSEHILL AVENUE – HANTZARIDIS RESIDENCE

The Board reviewed plans to construct a patio with a pizza oven.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

“Hantzaridis – 148 Rosehill Avenue - I have reviewed this application to construct a patio with a pizza oven and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impacts.”

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve a patio with a pizza oven at 148 Rosehill Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department September 9, 2011.

51 NORTH BROADWAY – CVS PHARMACY

The Board reviewed plans for the addition and renovation of existing signage in the Broadway Sign District.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve the addition and renovation of existing signage in the Broadway Sign District at 51 North Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department September 19, 2011.

100 MARYMOUNT AVENUE – EF SCHOOLS, INC.

Mr. Michael Molinelli, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for new brick wall for generator, new esplanade among Butler, Marian and Rita Halls.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

“EF Schools, Inc. – 100 Marymount Avenue - This proposal for a new brick wall for the generator and a new esplanade was reviewed by the Planning Board and a determination was made that the proposals pose no adverse environmental impact.”

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve new brick wall for generator, new esplanade among Butler, Marian and Rita Halls  at 100 Marymount Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department September 19, 2011.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The minutes of the August, September and October meetings will be approved at the November 16, 2011 meeting.
