PRESENT: Chairman Perry; Members, Mr. Carr, Ms. Pinckney, Mrs. Byrnes and Mr. Mignogna
ABSENT: Ms. Greenwood
SOMERSON RESIDENCE – 114 NEPERAN ROAD
The Board reviewed plans for brick work on face of garage and sides of wall and installation of larger window in bedroom.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Somerson – 114 Neperan Road - I have reviewed this application for brick work on face of garage and sides of wall and installation of a larger bedroom window and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve brick work on face of garage and sides of wall and installation of larger window in bedroom at 114 Neperan Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department May 12, 2011.
TOLL BROTHERS, INC. – WILSON PARK DRIVE
The Board reviewed plans for the installation of a temporary sign.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve the installation of a temporary sign at Wilson Park Drive as shown on the plans received by the Building Department June 9, 2011 and July 20, 2011.
WAGNER RESIDENCE – 1 ARCHER PLACE
Application held over due to certified mail not being completed.
KNOWLES RESIDENCE – 69 TAPPAN LANDING ROAD
The Board reviewed plans to replace existing garage door with new swinging door and window.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Knowles – 69 Tappan Landing Road - I have reviewed this application to replace existing garage door with new swinging door and window and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of existing garage door with new swinging door and window at 69 Tappan Landing Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department June 23, 2011.
MINT PREMIUM FOODS – 19 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for front entry renovation and new signage.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Mint Premium Foods – 19 Main Street - I have reviewed this application for a front entry renovation and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve a front entry renovation and new signage at 19 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department June 24, 2011.
LANDMARK CONDOMINIUMS – 18 NORTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans for exterior renovations to roof and windows.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Landmark Condominiums – 18 North Broadway - I have reviewed this application for exterior renovations to roof and windows and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve exterior renovations to roof and windows at 18 North Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department June 27, 2011 and July 20, 2011.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s June 22, 2011 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
