PRESENT: Acting Chairman Carr; Members, Mrs. Byrnes, Ms. Pinckney and Ms. Greenwood
ABSENT: Chairman Perry and Mr. Mignogna
ADVANCED DENTISTRY OF TARRYTOWN – 42 WILDEY STREET
The Board reviewed plans to replace existing freestanding sign.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of existing freestanding sign with the elimination of the phone number at 42 Wildey Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department January 20, 2011.
CONKLIN RESIDENCE – 31 STEPHEN DRIVE
Mr. Steven Secon, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for a new porch addition, and 12 square feet of second floor infill.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Conklin – 31 Stephen Drive - I have reviewed this application for a new porch addition and 12 square feet of second floor infill and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve a new porch addition and 12 square feet of second floor infill at 31 Stephen Drive as shown on the plans received by the Building Department January 24, 2011.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s October 20, 2010 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s November 17, 2010 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s January 19, 2011 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
