PRESENT: Chairman Perry; Members, Mr. Carr, Mr. Mignogna, Mrs. Byrnes, Ms. Pinckney and Ms. Greenwood
MALONSO RESIDENCE – 25 KERWIN PLACE
The Board reviewed plans to install a 6 foot high black wrought iron fence on the west side of the property.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Malonso – 25 Kerwin Place - I have reviewed this application to install a 6 foot high black wrought iron fence on the west side of the property and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the installation of a 6 foot high black wrought iron fence on the west side of the property at 25 Kerwin Place as shown on the plans received by the Building Department August 25, 2010. Mr. Mignogna abstained.
EF SCHOOLS – 100 MARYMOUNT AVENUE
Mr. Michael Molinelli, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for a new ramp on the south side and new entrance/exit on north side with new ramp.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“EF Schools – 100 Marymount Avenue - I have reviewed this application for a new ramp on the south side and new entrance/exit on the north side with new ramp and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve a new ramp on the south side and new entrance/exit on north side with new ramp at 100 Marymount Avenue (Academy Hall) as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 15, 2010.

Ms. Joanne Tall, architect, reviewed with the Board plans of a one-story addition and alteration.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve a one-story addition and alteration at 86 Cobb Lane as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 19, 2010.
RAYMOND OPTICIANS – 35 NORTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans of a new wall sign.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve a new wall sign in the Broadway Sign District at 35 North Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 19, 2010.
MCGOVERN RESIDENCE – 35 BARNES ROAD
The Board reviewed plans to replace front door and side lights to match garage.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of the front door and side lights to match garage at 35 Barnes Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 24, 2010.
ECKERS RESIDENCE – 53 TARRYHILL ROAD
The Board reviewed plans to replace existing wood and aluminum siding with vinyl siding and replacement of brick face with natural stone veneer.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of existing wood and aluminum siding with vinyl siding and replacement of brick face with natural stone veneer at 53 Tarryhill Road as shown on the plans received by the Building Department December 8, 2010.
ZALLO RESIDENCE – 89 ALTAMONT AVENUE
The Board reviewed plans for the installation of porch windows.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the installation of porch windows at 89 Altamont Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department December 30, 2010.
DRISCOLL RESIDENCE – 7 HIGH STREET
The Board reviewed plans to replace two front windows with a new bay window.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Driscoll – 7 High Street - I have reviewed this application to replace two front windows with a new bay window and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of two front windows with a new bay window at 7 High Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department December 29, 2010.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the October and November minutes will be completed at the February 16, 2011 Architectural Review Board meeting.
