THE SALVATION ARMY – 115 WILDEY STREET
The Board reviewed plans for a new wall sign, new wrought iron fence on top of a 4 foot high brick wall and replace concrete steps.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“The Salvation Army – 115 Wildey Street - I have reviewed this application for a new wrought iron fence on top of a 4 ft. high brick wall and replacement of concrete steps and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve a new wall sign, new wrought iron fence on top of a brick wall (wall and fence not to exceed 4 feet in height) and replacement of concrete steps at 115 Wildey Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department January 29, 2010.
CHASE BANK – 360 SOUTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans to change north face of building to make it handicap accessible.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Chase Bank – 360 South Broadway - I have reviewed this application to change the north face of the building to make it handicapped accessible and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to change the north face of the building to make it handicap accessible at 360 South Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department February 4, 2010.
BARTOLACCI RESIDENCE – 54 CREST DRIVE
The Board reviewed plans for a second floor addition and new front porch.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Bartolacci Residence – 54 Crest Drive - I have reviewed this application for a second floor addition and new front porch and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve a second floor addition and new front porch at 54 Crest Drive as shown on the plans received by the Building Department February 5, 2010.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s December 16, 2009 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
The Board will approve the January 20, 2010 Architectural Review Board minutes at the March 24, 2010 meeting.
