Regular Meeting

PRESENT: Acting Chairman Carr; Members, Mrs. Byrnes, and Mr. Mignogna
ABSENT: Mr. Perry, Ms. Pinckney and Ms. Lambert
ALOIA RESIDENCE – 11 JOHN STREET
The Board reviewed plans to replace existing siding and install a six foot high fence in the rear of the property.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Aloia – 11 John Street - I have reviewed this application to replace the existing siding and install a six foot high fence in the rear of the property and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Mignonga moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of existing siding and installation of a six foot high fence in the rear of the property at 11 John Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 17, 2009 and November 23, 2009.
BOTTIGLIER PROPERTY – 16 WHITE STREET
No one appeared on behalf of the applicant.
JCC ON THE HUDSON – 425 SOUTH BROADWAY
No one appeared on behalf of the applicant.
BUCCI PROPERTY – 24 KALDENBERG PLACE
The Board reviewed plans for two signs.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve two signs on the garage door at 24 Kaldenberg Place as shown on the plans received by the Building Department December 11, 2009.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s November 18, 2009 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
The Board will approve the December 16, 2009 Architectural Review Board minutes at the February 17, 2010 meeting.
