PRESENT: Chairman Perry; Members, Mrs. Byrnes, Mr. Carr, Mr. Mignogna and Ms. Lambert
ABSENT: Ms. Pinckney
WHIMSIES INCOGNITO – 35 SOUTH BROADWAY
The Board reviewed plans to install/replace existing signage.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve installation/replacement of existing signage at 35 South Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department September 25, 2009 subject to the removal of “Whimsies Incognito” from the freestanding sign.
STUDIO A GALLERY – 52 MAIN STREET-
Certified mailing not completed. Application held over to the December meeting.
CHASE BANK – 64 NORTH BROADWAY

ELITE HAIR DESIGN – 39 NORTH BROADWAY

37 HAMILTON PLACE – 37HAMILTON PLACE
The Board reviewed plans for new entrance awning.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve new entrance awning at 37 Hamilton Place as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 6, 2009.
ECONOMIDES RESIDENCE – 27 LEGRANDE AVENUE
The Board reviewed plans to install two solar panels on the roof for hot water system.
Acting Chairman Carr questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Economides – 27 LeGrande Avenue - I have reviewed this application to install two solar panels on the roof for hot water system and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve the installation of two solar panels on the roof for hot water system at 27 LeGrande Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department November 4, 2009.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board Board’s October 21, 2009 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried.
